Process
Two documents, signed once and once per project. Everything else follows from them.
A real conversation about your business, not a sales script. Tell us what you need built.
Signed once. It sets payment terms, ownership, and what happens if something goes wrong, so every later project starts from the same footing.
Scope, price, and schedule, in writing, before anything starts. New pages or features later are a change order, not a scope argument.
Revisions follow the Statement of Work's revision policy: copy and image changes are free for 30 days, structural changes have a free allotment in the first year.
Hosting is required for as long as we host the site. Maintenance is optional on Quick Launch, included on Complete Launch.
Anything outside the signed scope gets a price and your approval before work starts.
The completed site, its design, and its content are yours once the balance clears.
Registered under your own account, regardless of who set it up. DebugDad never holds a client's domain.
DebugDad may show the finished site in its own portfolio, unless you ask otherwise in writing.
Disputes go through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, before either side pursues anything else.
The full Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work aren't hosted here; they're sent to you after we talk.
